A hands-on home visit. I can observe a full feed, provide immediate practical support, and help with positioning and latch in real-time.

Gentle massage techniques for newborns (0-3 months) including containment for relaxation, colic relief, digestive support, lactation guidance (if breastfeeding), and bonding through touch for all feeding journeys.
